NutriPlan™
A practical nutrition action plan built from your reported food patterns, priorities and daily life, with individual review before it is published to your account.
What to expect
Complete NutriMap™ to prepare a draft. Add the ecosystem questionnaire for wider context.
Turn on care-team sharing if you want an assigned practitioner or the practice administrator to review your profile. Contact Abiding Health to arrange support if you do not have an assigned reviewer.
Your authorized reviewer checks and edits the draft, then publishes it. You can view your plan, record action check-ins and print or save the published plan as a PDF.
What you take away
New action-plan drafts include a daily meal structure with alternatives, a first-week schedule, shopping and preparation lists, and sections for meal timing, morning daylight, activity and sleep. Five connected recommendation areas cover circadian rhythms, cellular energy and recovery, metabolic foundations, the nervous system, and environment and behavior. A day-7 check-in and day-14 review provide a starting rhythm; your reviewer can adjust the content.
Your next step
A draft awaiting review is not yet your published plan. Allergies and care considerations may hold specific food substitutions for review. Fasting windows, calorie deficits and protein targets are not automatically prescribed from meal photos.
