One connected journey. A practical next step at each stage.
01
Explore
Browse the Journal for video learning, the service guides for support options, and the Marketplace for food, home and wellness tools. You can explore these public pages before signing in.
02
Reflect
Use the ecosystem questionnaire to reflect on your wider routines. Use NutriMap™ to describe your meals, drinks, preferences and daily context. These are separate assessments and can be completed in either order.
03
Save
Sign in to keep your results in your account. NutriMap™ offers explicit Save & continue and Save & exit controls so you can return to a draft.
04
Review together
A completed NutriMap™ prepares a NutriPlan™ draft. Choose whether to share your nutrition profile with your assigned care team and practice administrator, and arrange the support you need.
05
Practice and adjust
After review and publication, follow your plan, record check-ins and return to discuss what works. A later assessment creates a new profile rather than erasing the earlier one.
FROM PICTURES TO PRACTICE
Two tools. A clearer way forward.
NutriMap™
Your visual starting point. Select food photos that resemble what you eat, then clarify the portions of your routine that pictures cannot explain: preparation, additions, frequency, restrictions and priorities.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks and meals out.
Plant-based choices and options for other eating patterns.
Optional meal times, activity, sleep and morning daylight routines.
A saved profile you can review with your care team.
Your practical action plan. A draft brings your answers into meal ideas, preparation steps and routines. An authorized reviewer checks and edits it before publication.
Daily meal structure and alternatives.
A first-week schedule, shopping and preparation lists.
Recommendations for all five connected areas: circadian rhythms, cellular energy, metabolic foundations, nervous system, and environment & behavior.
Progress check-ins and a printable published plan.
Your reported routine is a starting point for discussion. Someone else’s fasting schedule, weight change or exercise routine does not become your prescription.
CHOOSE YOUR SUPPORT
Understand each service before you begin.
You do not need to choose a package before asking a question. Scope, fees, format and follow-up are discussed individually.
Executive Health Audit
A structured conversation about how your daily routines, responsibilities and goals fit together. Start with what is happening in your life before deciding what to change.
Bring your priorities into a practical plan that fits the life you actually lead. The Blueprint looks across nourishment, movement, rest and environment.
Use Client Portal under Login to sign in. Your role determines the workspace you see. The nutrition area holds saved assessments, plan versions and check-ins. Care-team sharing is a separate choice that you can turn off.
The Journal offers public video teachings. The Campus provides published courses and learning resources, with access determined by enrollment and course settings.
Food & Sustainability connects growing, preparing and preserving food. The Marketplace organizes products for those practices. Retail purchases are completed with the linked retailer; product purchases are not required to complete NutriMap™.
Use the contact or application form to discuss your goals, the appropriate service and care-team arrangements. Submitting an assessment does not itself book an appointment or enroll you in a paid program.
No. You can submit NutriMap™ independently. Your latest saved ecosystem questionnaire can be reviewed alongside it later.
Why does my NutriPlan™ say “awaiting review”?
Submission prepares a draft. The plan’s content becomes available to you after an authorized reviewer has checked and published it. Enable care-team sharing and contact Abiding Health if you need help arranging review.
Will the plan support plant-based eating?
Yes. NutriMap™ includes vegan, vegetarian and mostly plant-based patterns, with plant-based photos shown first. Your plan can be adapted to your food preferences and resources.
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
Report them in the intake, or choose to discuss them privately. Specific substitutions may be held for individual review. Photos do not establish that a food is safe for your needs.
Can I stop and come back?
Yes. Use Save & continue or Save & exit in NutriMap™. Return to the nutrition workspace and choose Resume saved assessment.
Who can see my nutrition answers?
Your nutrition workspace is private to your account. Care-team sharing allows assigned care-team members and the practice administrator to access it. Publishing plans requires additional reviewer authorization.
How much does a service cost?
Ask about the current options for your needs. Fees, scope and any ongoing commitment are confirmed separately before you begin.
Is this medical treatment?
These pathways provide education, planning and coaching. Medical diagnosis, treatment and medication decisions belong with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Any clinician relationship must be separately established.
Your next step can be simple.
